 You can create and manage database on all company equipment, machinery, tools, etc and also allocate to projects.

Add a single item or import bulk data using an Excel spreadsheet in the specified format.

Step 1: Add single entry

You can select if the equipment is a rented one or owned, and other relevant data.

Step 2:  Allocate equipment to projects.

Click ' Choose Projects'  and select the project that the equipment is deployed to. You can deselect by clicking 'x'. Multiple projects are allowed to be allocated.

Bulk import of equipment data

Step 1. Click 'All Items'

Step 2. Click 'Import Equipments'

You will have a popup box to upload Excel files. Please follow the same column headings as per the column headings in the example template. Click import to have the data imported.
