Yes.
Your data is accessible and visible to only you or the persons you have assigned permissions. We do not have access to content. All project information is stored in the Amazon S3 server with the best available security protocols.
Realtraker has the following 3 types of users
1. Admin: Account owner, sets permissions, and profile for other users. Ex: Principal at the business, Owner of the business, Operations Manager, etc
2. Sub-admin: Have full functionality of the app except for subscription and projects not allocated. Ex: Project Manage, Site Superintendent
3. Team member: Any person associated with projects that need to record time and access project information. Ex: All employees, service providers, sub-contractors, etc
4. Collaborator: Any person associated with projects that need to receive daily project reports, approve the submittals. Ex: Architect, Designer, Owner
Admin is the account holder of the account and own all permission settings. Admin can add other types of users.
Any user can be marked as ' Sub-Admin'
