Realtraker has the following 3 types of users
1. Admin: Account owner, sets permissions, and profile for other users. Ex: Principal at the business, Owner of the business, Operations Manager, etc
2. Sub-admin: Have full functionality of the app except for subscription and projects not allocated. Ex: Project Manage, Site Superintendent
3. Team member: Any person associated with projects that need to record time and access project information. Ex: All employees, service providers, sub-contractors, etc
4. Collaborator: Any person associated with projects that need to receive daily project reports, approve the submittals. Ex: Architect, Designer, Owner
Admin is the account holder of the account and own all permission settings. Admin can add other types of users.
Any user can be marked as ' Sub-Admin'
