User login permission is into Different types of Roles and Internal and External types.

The following are the Roles each user is assigned : 

  1. Admin: Account holder 
  2. Sub Admin:  Authorised to access to all features except the subscription management
  3. Team member: All contacts that are going to be associated with the project Ex: employees, subcontractors, suppliers, etc 
  4. Collaborator:  Project stakeholder like Architect, Owner, who may have to receive project reports, submittals, etc

Permissions:

Admin will authorize all other types of users. The login credentials of the users are the email ID and phone number that was added in the contact creation form of the user.


Admin has to send this information to the users.

Users of all role types can sign in with the Email ID and the information provided in the Mobile number field by the Admin.

Each user will have their own dashboard with projects assigned and time log information

Sub-admin will have access to the full functionality of the app.
