The tasks module of RealTraker allows a company to schedule and track the task assignments of its team members.

Admin can

1. Assign tasks to any of the team members

2. Track the task progress as updated by the team members

Team members would receive a notification and also would be able to view the tasks and update the progress.

When the progress percentage reaches 100 % the color bar of the task changes to green to indicate completion of the task. The extent of the percentage of the task can be seen in the taskbar.

A single task can be assigned to multiple team members


How to add a task

Upon opening the Task module from the left side navigation panel

Step 1: Click 'Add new'

Step 2: Add the data in the pop-up table and save it.
