The cost center is used to track the expenditure throughout the project. The expenditure can be recorded, categorized and can be represented
The cost center can be accessed by clicking on the Access project button located in the list of projects.
Upon selecting the cost center you will be able to access the cost center. Here we can access the summary, Miscellaneous, Cost head, Cost sub-head, and Item data.
Summary
Here the user shall be provided with a glimpse of the expenses that were recorded so far.
Miscellaneous
Here the user can create a category of costs, record costs
Recording Costs
Here the user can record an expense, assign to a category, upload documents related, describe the expense.
Item Data
Here you can record an item expense from the pre existing list. User can also record recurring cost like rental which would be added to the costs in real time. The cost heads, cost sub heads can be listed in their respective tabs.
