Create a database of people and contacts

Create a database with contact details and profiles of all people that are going to be associated with your company. You can assign roles, enable access and assign to projects, and more

  1. People who use the software with functional access
  2. People who do not use the software but to be added into daily reports, time log, etc. Example: Field labor and external service providers

Add contact information of all people in the Realtraker database just once and use it across all projects and modules.

You can assign tasks, projects, assign as a customer, and several other privileges to any user.

Creating a single contact


Click 'Add new'

Add all the information related to the contact

Account admin can set up the username and password for other types of users

Select a role and type of the user Ref: User types and roles

Allocating to project

You can allocate the user to any of the active projects.

Select the project name from the drop-down list.

You can cancel the allocated project by clicking ' X'

Once the user is allocated to a project, the name, and corresponding information will be available throughout the multiple modules.

Importing bulk data

You can import bulk data using MS Excel file

Click 'Import People'

Select the file to import data.

User settings

You can customize/set the following setting for the users

1. Username and password for other team members

2. Set the role to Team member of Collaborator

3. Set the team member as the Customer

4. Allow access to the team member for schedule tracking

5. Allow access to the team members to send Quote

6. Allocate to projects

From the drop-down list, assign a role to the user

Select 'Team member' if the user is an internal team member (employee or people working as part of your company).


If you select the user's role as a Team member, the following options will appear

1. 'Sub Admin'

2. 'Assign to Schedule tracking'

3. Enable 'Send Quote'


Collaborator

Select 'Collaborator', if the user is an outsider of the company, for example: Subcontractor, supplier, client

If the user is Collaborator, you will find a drop-down list to select the following


Choose one or more projects from the drop-down list. This user will be available in multiple modules for tracking and workflow management

For any type of user, Assign projects from the 'Choose Projects'. All the active projects will appear in the drop-down list. Select one or multiple projects to assign.
