Pricing Data

Set up the pricing data for the company, use it across estimating and other modules

The pricing database is critical for bidding and submitting quotes. Using this feature, you can create the database, analyze trends and improve the bid quality

Click 'Pricing data' in the left panel

Either you can add a single item or import bulk data using the import feature

Add new categories and locations

Click '+' to add a new category

Click '+' to add a new location

The pricing data table would appear as a pop-up table during estimating and also using the Profitgenie feature

Bulk Import of Pricing data

Click ' Import Data'

A pop-up screen will appear

Upload an MSExcel file with data arranged in a similar way to the sample file

Select the file and click 'IMPORT'

Mapping

Select the columns from the imported files to match the column headings of Realtraker.

Map the database by selecting the column headings and click 'Import'

Data from your file will be added to the database. Customize the items with additional changes upon import.

Access Pricing data during estimating

You can access the pricing data from when you are estimating the project. Click 'Searching for Pricing Data'

You can find the pricing data screen pop up

Search for the data and select the item price to use into the estimate.
