Vendors
Vendor contacts are a database of the businesses that are suppliers, services providers are any business entity that's going to take part in project activities.
In RealTraker vendors can be added in the Companies module. And the employees of the company can be added as users of RealTraker with restricted access in the People module.
This feature enables you to :
- Create a database of contacts
- Assign any business to one or more active projects
- Keep all vendor contacts in a single database
- Maintain a record and history of working with you
You can add Vendors as
- Single entry
- Bulk upload using Excel file
Single Entry :
Click Add New
Input the relevant data and save. The vendor's name will be added to the database. All entries in the database are available to be allocated to any active projects
Bulk Upload
Click All vendors
Click Import Vendors
Download the sample file
Add the contact information as per the sample file
Upload the file
All data will be added to the database
Assigning Vendor to the projects.
You can assign any vendor to a project. When you assign a vendor, the name will appear in the Project information and also in Daily reports to add.
