Introduction: Keep all your communication in one place with the mailbox feature. Mailbox feature allows you to

  • Receive emails from users in Realtrake eco-system
  • Send emails with attachments
  • Track messages
  • Save messages into the corresponding project folders

Click 'Mailbox' on the left main menu tabs


Mailbox dashboard opens up in the right panel

Create 'Project Folder'

Create a project folder by typing the name of the project in the input field and click 'Add New'

You can delete the project folders by using the button


Click ' Compose'


Type in the Recipient's email ID (single or multiple)

Press Enter to add the email/s

Type in Emil ID for 'cc'

Press Enter to add the email/s

Add information in 'Subject'

Select the project folder for saving to 'Save to'

Type in the message

Click 'Choose Files' to attach files. You will be prompted to save files from the device

Selected files will be attached to the email

Click 'Send' to send the email

Click 'Save Draft' for pending revisions and sending later


Attach Files :


Select email/s to delete
